저희 미화당 레코드에서 진행하는 이벤트에 응모해 주시는 해외 구매자 분들을 위한 설명서 입니다. 

This is a manual for overseas buyers who are applying for the event held by Mihwadang Records.

1. 외국인 응모자(해외 거주자)의 결제 방법 (Payment method for foreign applicants (foreign residents))

2. 결제 전, 입력창에서 "최대 11 이하 입력해 주세요."라고 뜨는 경우(Before payment, if the input window says, "Please enter a maximum of 11 or less,")

=> [MY PAGE > 회원정보] 변경 으로 가셔서 입력하신 휴대폰 번호와 전화번호를 수정해주시기 바랍니다. 회원정보의 휴대폰 번호와 전화번호가 11자리가 넘었기 때문에 발생하는 오류입니다. 

=> [MY PAGE> 회원정보] Please go to the change and modify the mobile phone number and phone number you entered. 

     This is an error that occurs because the mobile phone number and phone number of the member information are more than 11 digits.

    회원정보를 수정하였는데도 똑같은 오류가 발생할 경우, '카카오 아이디로 로그인' 하여 주문해 주시기 바랍니다. 

    If the same error occurs even after modifying the member information, please log in with your Kakao ID and place an order.

3. 해외 배송이 안 된다고 나와있는데 외국인은 구매하지 못하는 건가요?(It says it can't be delivered from overseas, but foreigners can't buy it?)

=> 해외 분들도 영상 통화 이벤트에 응모가 가능합니다. 다만 저희 미화당 레코드에서는 해외로 배송해주는 서비스가 도입되어 있지 않습니다. 

=> Overseas people can also apply for video call events. However, our Mihwadang Record does not introduce a service that ships overseas. 

    외국인 응모자는 한국의 "배송 대행 업체"를 이용하여, 1차로 대행 업체의 주소로 배송 받으시고, 2차로 대행 업체에서 실제 거주하시는 국가로 다시 배송 받으시기를 추천 드립니다.

    It is recommended that foreign applicants use the Korean "delivery agency" to receive the delivery to the agency's address for the first time, and to receive the delivery back to the country where the agency actually lives in the second round.

   ※한국의 배송 대행 업체 이용 시 주의 사항※ (Precautions for using KOREA delivery agencies)

    1) 외국인 응모자께서는 반드시 "수취인 휴대폰 번호" 입력 칸에 배송 대행지(업체)의 휴대폰 번호를 입력하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

        Foreign applicants must enter the mobile phone number of the delivery agency (company) in the "receiver's mobile phone number"

       배송 받는 주소의 연락처가 한국의 "010"으로 시작하는 휴대폰 번호가 아닌 경우, 송장 발급의 오류가 생깁니다. 반드시 배송 대행지에 문의하여 업체의 한국 휴대폰 번호를 입력해주시기 바랍니다.

       The contact number of the address you receive must be a mobile phone number starting with "010" in Korea. 

       If it is not a Korean mobile phone number, there will be an error in issuing an invoice. 

       Please make sure to contact the delivery agency and enter the Korean mobile phone number of the company.

    2) 한국 휴대폰 번호를 따로 받으시기 어려운 상황이라면, 저희 미화당 레코드의 고객센터 번호 010-5624-6552를 입력해주셔도 됩니다.

        If it is difficult to get a separate Korean mobile phone number, you can enter the customer center number 010-5624-6552 of our Mihwadang record.

       하지만 저희 고객센터 번호를 입력하는 경우, 배송 과정에서 분실의 문제가 발생했을 때 저희가 실제 배송 받는 곳이 아니기 때문에 문제 처리가 불가할 수 있습니다. 

       However, if you enter our customer center number, it may not be possible to handle the problem because we are not actually receiving it when a problem of loss occurs during the delivery process.

       이 점 유의하시고 입력해 주시기 바랍니다.

       Please note this and enter it.

    3) 응모자 정보에에는 반드시 해외에서 실제로 사용하시는 휴대폰의 번호를 입력하셔야 합니다. (국가 번호 포함)

        In the applicant information, you must enter the number of the mobile phone you actually use abroad. (Including country number)

       또한 이 휴대폰 번호는 사용하시는 카카오톡 계정에 등록되어 있는 휴대폰 번호여야 합니다.

        Also, this mobile phone number must be the mobile phone number registered in your KakaoTalk account.

       저희는 고객님께서 응모자 정보에 입력해주신 휴대폰 번호를 저희 핸드폰 기계에 저장한 후에, 카카오톡에서 연동하여 고객분들의 계정이 뜨는지 확인 합니다. 만약 계정이 뜨지 않는 경우, 

       입력해주셨던 카카오 ID로 친구 추가를 합니다. 

        We save the mobile phone number you entered in the applicant information on our mobile phone machine and link it to Kakao Talk to see if your account appears. 

        If the account does not appear, add a friend with the Kakao ID you entered.

       이 경우 2차 본인 확인이 있을 수 있으니 반드시 해외에서 사용하시는 휴대폰 번호를 카카오톡 계정에 등록해주시기 바랍니다.

        In this case, there may be a second identification, so please register your mobile phone number used overseas with your KakaoTalk account.

       Ex) 일본에 거주하시는 응모자의 경우 :  +81-80-1234-5678 이런 식으로 입력해 주셔야 합니다. 

       Ex) Applicants living in Japan must enter: +81-80-1234-5678 like this.

4. 외국인인데 본인 확인할 때 여권만 되나요? (I'm a foreigner. Can I check my passport only?)

=> 외국인의 경우 여권을 기본으로 확인하고 있습니다. 다만 여권이 없으신 경우, 응모 시 입력해주신 "영문 성함 & 생년월일"이 정확하게 기재되어 있는 신분증만 인정됩니다. 

=> In the case of foreigners, we are checking their passports by default. However, if you do not have a passport, only the ID card with the "English Name & Date of Birth" you entered when applying is recognized.

5. 주문하려고 하는데 주문자 정보, 수취인 정보, 추가 정보가 뭔지 모르겠어요.

(I'm going to order, but I don't know the order information, recipient information, and additional information.)

  ■ 주문자 정보(Order Information)

    => 실제 주문하시는 분의 정보를 입력해 주시면 됩니다. (You can enter the information of the person who actually orders it.)

  ■ 배송 정보(Delivery information)

    => 실제 물건을 받으시는 분의 정보를 입력해 주시면 됩니다. (You can enter the information of the person who receives the actual product.)

         배송 대행 업체를 이용하시는 해외 구매자의 경우, 배송 대행지의 주소와 휴대폰 번호를 입력해 주시고, 받으실 분 성함에는 배송 대행 업체에 등록한 이름을 입력하여 주시기 바랍니다. 

         In the case of overseas buyers using the delivery agency, please enter the address and mobile phone number of the delivery agency, and in the name of the recipient, 

         please enter the name registered with the delivery agency. 

         * 받으실 분(To be received) : 실제 배송 받는 사람의 이름이나 배송 대행 업체에 등록한 이름 (The actual name of the recipient or the name registered with the delivery agency.)

         * 받으실 곳(Where to receive) : 실제 배송 받는 곳의 한국 주소 입력 혹은 배송 대행 업체의 주소 입력 (Enter the Korean address of the actual delivery destination or the address of the delivery agency.)

         * 휴대폰 번호(Mobile phone number) : 010으로 시작하는 한국 휴대폰 번호 입력 혹은 배송 대행 업체의 휴대폰 번호 입력 (Enter the Korean mobile phone number starting with 010 or the mobile phone number of the delivery agency.)

  ■ 추가 정보(Additional information)

    => 실제 응모하시는 분의 정보를 입력해 주시면 됩니다. (You can enter the information of the actual applicant.)

       * 응모자 이름(Applicant's name) : 실제로 이벤트에 응모하시는 분의 영문 성함 (신분증에 기재된 영문 이름과 동일해야 합니다.)

         The English name of the person who is actually applying for the event (must be the same as the English name on the ID card).

       * 휴대폰 번호(Mobile phone number) : 실제로 이벤트에 응모하시는 분이 사용하시는 휴대폰 번호 (외국인의 경우 국가 코드와 함께 입력) 반드시 카카오톡 계정에 휴대폰 번호를 등록하여 주시기 바랍니다. (The mobile phone number used by the person who is actually applying for the event (in case of foreigners, enter it with the country code) must register the mobile phone number in the KakaoTalk account.)

       * 생년월일(Date of birth) : 실제로 이벤트에 응모하시는 분의 생년월일 (신분증에 기재된 영문 이름과 동일해야 합니다.)

         The date of birth of the person who is actually applying for the event (must be the same as the English name on the ID card).

       * KAKAO ID : 실제로 이벤트에 응모하시는 분이 사용하는 카카오톡 ID (카카오톡 설정에서 ID 검색 허용 필수, 휴대폰 번호 등록 필수)

         KakaoTalk ID used by those who are actually applying for the event (required to allow ID search in Kakao Talk settings, required to register a mobile phone number)

       * 국가(Country) : 실제로 이벤트에 응모하시는 분이 거주하시는 국가 (Country where the person who is actually applying for the event lives.)

반드시 위의 사항을 숙지하신 후 응모해주시기 바랍니다.
